Camera menu disappeared (in flight)

I have a very strange problem. I can not see the camera menu anymore. I can activate and deactivate but it is somewhere gone in the nirvana. Is there a possibility the re-set all menus.

By the way is there a hot-key to switch between outside and inside? Couldn´t find any.

I found the answer for question (2). But you will have to assign two keys.
