It says upon loading the Cloud connection is lost but then internet connected with the rotating arrow. How do I check which is correct.
I would think the rotating arrow means the same.
You don’t have internet.
Check the Internet Icon on the taskbar (bottom of screen and right).
Left click it and click to start the internet.
