Can I delete the handcrafted airports?

I get good performance in the sim but when I’m departing or arriving at handcrafted airports (especially big ones) my FPS drops massively.
I honestly wouldn’t mind using default autogen ones if it means smoother landings.
I tried removing Heathrow for example in the Content Manager. But when I rebooted the sim, it made me install it again.

Can anyone help?

Did you try to disabled photogrammetry in options ?

Hi, thanks for replying.
I don’t really want to do that though because I love the photogrammetry. The highly detailed airports rendering is far more taxing than streaming the 3D photogrammetry. I have a great internet connection so that’s not really the issue.

Hello @CrustyPockets, go to the content manager and delete them.

It doesn’t work. It forces you to install them again the next time you load the simulator.

Just either delete or rename the .json files in each airport folder.

manifest.json
