Can i view as a co-pilot?
Depending on the aircraft and their default camera modes. At least for the A320, you can view as a co-pilot seat when you choose the Co-pilot camera mode from the camera toolbar menu.

You cannot sit in someone else’s plane if this is your meaning. It is a feature that has been asked for.
If you mean co-pilot in multiplayer, this is the closest thing you have right now. Haven’t used it, not sure what planes it works for / how to use it.
If you mean change the view to be the first officer, you can use the right arrow key and move yourself over.

These two real a320 pilots were able to fly together quite nicely with the yourcontrols. Some small syncing issues at times, but generally it seemed to work really well:
