Reading some older posts, it seems like the answer is no. Is that still the case?
I am using a USB number pad to control various autopilot controls, but I have not found a way to engage airliner managed mode or selected mode (push / pull of the knobs) through mapping a control. There does not appear to be anything in the control lists associated with managed/selected. So is there any alternative, or I have to use the mouse to push/pull?
