Can Marketplace Addons Be Transferred to a 'Community Addons Folder'

I only have a few marketplace addons but don’t really want them to load every time I start the sim.
Where are they saved? Is there a way to transfer them to a Community Addons folder so I can choose them (or not) when I launch using the MSFS Addons Linker?

I have a few items in my Community folder that have been placed there by myself, through the typical unzip and copy to, routine. I also just purchased an Airport Addon through the Marketplace. This addon could have also been purchased outright on the creators website, which I assume would allow me to place it into my Community folder myself. Here’s the question… If I prefer to manage that Marketplace installation myself… where did it go? I do not see it in my Community folder, yet it appears…

In a word - yes most of them (3rd party) can be. I’ve only ever found one or two that prefer to be in Official folder. What is a pain if you do this is keeping a track of marketplace updates for them as they are no longer in Official folder so are not seen by content manager as installed by it.

Yes it works but if it gets updated you wont be notified of it.
I keep all my MP airport purchases in community via addon linker , aircraft i leave and have them installed permantly
