Can not move the map in free flight with the Quest 3 Controller

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:

Since 1.7.6 the world map / globe on the Free Flight page can no longer be moved with the Quest 3 VR controller. Only “zoom” and “click” works. (PC mouse still works for moving the map.)

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

Every Time since SU5 beta I’m in Free Flight mode on the map page in VR.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

  1. Start MSFS 2024

  2. Click “free flight”

  3. Toggle to VR

  4. Try to choose a location for start in Europe by controller.
