One thing I see that does not show in my sim is the “Joystick Button2” command in the bottom toolbar.
Is this something that could be holding you out?
This is really an odd one.
I’m wondering if you have a bad cloud save that may be causing this.
I’ve never heard of a mod conflict causing this, but it may be worth a try to start the sim in safe mode to see if that makes a difference.
In face, I had another problem ([HELP] No menu in the "FLIGHT TRAINING" page and duplicated menus in the "ACTIVITIES" page - #7 by tootoomadmad), maybe this is something with the CLOUD too. I will try this later.

If that doesn’t help, try removing the folder “fs-base” from the “Official-One Store” folder file structure.
Cut it and paste it somewhere like your desktop.
Restart the sim and MSFS will download and rebuild that folder.
That seems to have helped several other users here who had missing menus.
After “fs-base & fs-base-ui” deleted, it’s OK now.
