For long flights, I like to be away from my computer and instead of checking or setting an alarm, it would be awesome to have a way to get notified at a preset time or distance before landing. Does something like this exist?
FS Tramp will let you set a pause at descent point or anywhere else on your flight plan. It will also fly your flightplan

While you’re likely to find a mod faster than having it be in the sim, you may also want to vote for native functionality:

if you do long flights on airbus neo, and use the FBW mod, you can always se the estimated time of arrival, at each waypoint, and at destination. Just make sure, you’re back in cockpit 30 to 40min prior to ETA

I mean, that’s ACTUALLY happened a couple times now. One was both pilots playing on computer, one was both were taking a nap.
