Hi, does anyone know what going on with weather? I used to choose live or preset weather. Now it automatically switches to live weather? Can’t get rid of live weather.
Switch to “all players” instead of “live players” on the multiplayer setting

I did everything. Can’t get rid of live weather unless I turn the WiFi off. I also lost the weather icon on control panel. in custom tool bar there is weather icon but it does not allow me to switch it on)?
I’m sure I read someone had a similar issue to this, and it was resolved by logging out of the Xbox network, then back in again. Make sure the sim isn’t running if you try this.
You can use the MS Store XBox Companion App to do this, or whatever the app that supersedes this is called. Once you are logged back in, try re-launching the sim on All Players/Live weather.
Dear Hobanagerik, many thanks for trying to help, I tried your suggestion but it did not work. Very annoying, I still have no weather in control board, can’t get rid of live weather. I switch to clear skies, and it switches to live weather in one second by itself, any other suggestions? many thanks

That’s really odd. Do you have an addons installed that might mess around with the weather?
Do what Pieter said, it’s the solution for your problem.
If he was running with Live Players he wouldn’t have the possibility of changing away from that. He stated that he could switch away from live weather, and it switched back.
You can’t do that when using Live Players.
No, I am doing what I always do, I didn’t have any add ons
