Yes, it does.

Not only are flaps not needed on most planes (do you even own MSFS?) but you’ve also been shown a video demonstrating that they’re not needed all the time in real life either. Sounds to me like you don’t know what flaps are and what they do.

No matter how much you want it to be a sim, flying around looking at the eiffel tower and taking pictures from 500feet or less is a game. You know how I know that? Because in real life it would not be allowed

1. So you’re saying there is no such thing as a simulator? The full motion platforms used by airlines to train their pilots are also games because they allow you to do stuff you aren’t allowed to do in real life? As i was saying, you don’t know what a sim is.
2. You can also fly around the Eiffel tower taking photos from 500ft or less in real life too. Despite it not being allowed, it’s not physically impossible to do. It’s not against the universal laws of physics to fly around the Eiffel tower.
