Just to be clear. This is the official manufacturer’s forum. That is where much of the confusion arises. There are people connected to the sim that read the forum but it is not an official channel to the developer. The moderators are unpaid volunteers drawn from the user community.
I know I have mentioned before that there ARE bugs in the sim. That said, the vast majority of problems raised here tend to be due to a setting or software in the users computer unrelated to the sim or simple user error, not understanding aircraft procedures, etc.
These are usually problems that affect more than one user and so have probably been solved by some helpful member. It is not a perfect system and requires some patience, but it works.
