Brief description of the issue:

Aircraft loads with 51% fuel when in World Map fuel is set to 100%

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

• In the World Map, select the De Havilland Canada CL-415
• Select Weight & Balance, increase fuel to 100%:
  
  
• Return to World Map, select departure airport: KTDO, Parking spot 5
• Click Fly to start flight
• Immediately after spawning in the cockpit, the weight shown in the fuel quantity display in the center console is ~50%.
• From the toolbar, open the weight widget:
  
  
• Note the fuel level is at 51% and changing. Parking spot 5 is not a refueling spot.
• After ~two minutes, fuel has “rebalanced” to 96% left tank, 4% right tank

Fuel is substantially imbalanced (left/right) on aircraft load regardless of pre-flight actions

Default load out (no user change at World Map stage) results in fuel imbalance on initial load. Restarting the flight fixes it.

Also, fuel will also constantly transfer from main tanks to Aux tanks, even when selecting your plane of the map screen, and not even spawned in yet.

Loaded to full 100% in both tanks, and this is what you see when spawned in.

Fuel transfers from main until Aux tanks get to 20, even off the map screen when not spawned in.

I believe, and this is just a guess because there’s no documentation for this aircraft, that the aux tanks are “header tanks” that are probably in the nacelles or just adjacent. To me that would explain the fact that 20 gal immediately drains from the each main to its respective aux tank.

Even when cold and dark the fuel will crossfeed from the right tank to the left. Trying to enable the crossfeed after startup has no effect. Plane remains imbalanced and impossible to fly properly. Restarting flight has no effect imbalance persists.
