Cannot Access Marketplace or download purchased items since SU12

Please confirm “Online Functionality” is turned on in your Options. You can find this setting as shown in the screenshot below:

If this setting is already set to ON, try toggling it off and then back on again (be sure to go back to the main menu to apply the setting change each time you switch it). If that still doesn’t work, please respond to this thread and let me know.
