Hi All,
Downloaded the game on Xbox release day. Ever since I have been unable to play online. Further more I am unable to set the time or weather to live, or use live traffic.
There also two icons next to the friends list that are greyed out?
I have tried doing a complete fresh reinstall which has not worked.
Could anyone provide me with any help or advice on how to fix this?

Hi- might be worth checking online functionality isn’t turned off in the settings for some reason.
Options > general options > data > online-functionallity.
This worked for me, having accidentally managed to switch it off when it was warning me about the connection being weak…
You could search the forum for ‘marketplace grayed out’, there’s more suggestions there.

Its already set as On. Just tried reapplying it and doesn’t seem to be working. Once you press apply and save it does shortly ungrey the icons but then resorts back. Everything is set to On. And no data limits have been set.
I’ve noticed another user has had a similar issue as it does briefly set live weather then resorts back to 07:33 UTC (Few Clouds).
Same issue, will only stay on groups only and date says 10 Nov 2021. If I change it it just reverts back. Very annoying
