Cannot change weather or time of day

Brief description of the issue:
Even when I select a new flight I cannot change from real world weather and time of day - so those fields are greyed out!

Detail steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
None - it happens every flight. The only thing I noticed is that having downloaded the Update 2 pack ages ago the other night the sim demanded I download and install it again which seemed odd. As far as I knew it was already up to date.

It’s very annoying because I have to choose where I fly based upon where it is daytime!!

this is usually the case when your flying with LIVE PLAYERS
This requires LIVE Wather and stops you to change time or weather.
You have to be on ALL PLAYERS or OFF when setting up a flight to be able to change it in flight…
