Brief description of the issue:
Landing at El Catey Intl results in an out of fuel cannot continue message

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Fly legs 1-3 of Haiti and Dominican Republic Bush Adventure.
During leg four, stall the airplane and resume from last completed waypoint. Note that the plane is returned, but has less fuel than when you stalled the aircraft.
Use the weight menu to give enough gas to complete
The final waypoint is El Catey Intl airport. Land and bring to a complete stop. A message You are out of Fuel and can’t continue appears. Pressing the Continue button restarts the leg.

Optiplex 990 w/ Intel i7-2600@3.4 GHz and 16GB of Ram
Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:
1.37.19.0. A similar failure in one of the New Zealand Bush Adventures occurred in an earlier version. I am not aware of how to search the bug reporting session, nor am I willing to thoroughly document consistent failure WITHOUT COMPENSATION!

Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
Load up with fuel before taking off. Fuel added mid-flight(as if there was en-route refueling service for General Aviation;) does not remove the error on landing.
If relevant, provide additional screenshots/video:
No Screen shot but use the weight menu to add fuel.
