Cannot do ferry flight/light cargo missions in FS2024 career, map turns dark, spinning circle

I am having trouble doing ferry flights in career mode.

I am running FS2024 on Windows 11 24H2 from steam.

I was able to do the ferry flight introductory mission and there are a lot of blue ferry icons on the mission map. Unfortunately whenever I try to load into one of them the world map turns dark and I only get a spinning circle. Other missions work fine.

Is anyone else having this? Would it be worth to redownload the game or how can I force the FS2024 client to check the downloaded files for consistency?

Yes, me too.
I bought Premium Deluxe Edition at steam.
Changing the server didn’t solve the problem.
4070ti super 32gb
net speed enough
There is nothing more I can do :frowning:

I tried only changing Air Traffic in Career first and it didn’t work.
But after changing Live Weather it started working.

I have both enabled now.

And the best thing, you do not have to do this again after restarting the sim.

I had the same problem and switching in live weather seems to have done the trick thanks for the advice

I thought this was my issue but when I checked those boxes I’m still not seeing those missions populate. Are the first “gold” missions always in freelancer or are they needed to be done in employee mod too to get the rest to populate

So far I did those first gold missions as employee.
