Cannot find any way to raise a support ticket?! Terrible service

I go to the in-game team and click on the link but it just goes back to the entry Zen help page. Guess this is deliberate as there are so many people with issues?
Can anyone please share to link to actually raise a support ticket?

Zendesk is a Knowledge Base & Help Desk platform. You can file a support ticket here. The customer support team regularly publish articles on the knowledge base here which may be of use as well.

i did a support ticket yesterday and received an auto email telling me that i will not get an individual answer,
support team will only get in touch with me if they have any more questions …

bottomline: zendesk will lead u nowhere and u ll never know what or if something happens with ur issue :-1:

It depends on the category you chose.

If you’re reporting bugs then they may not need anything from you. If you’re asking for help, they’ll be in touch.

If you want to have an issue resolved, logging a ticket with detailed information and steps to reproduce it is the best approach, hands down. Doesn’t matter if you don’t get a personal dialog regarding it - last I checked there are ~1500-2000 tickets submitted every day.

They were warned some time back that releasing the product in the state is in right now was not a good idea. Way too many identified bugs that had remained un fixed for months. But they went ahead. So it’s no wonder that Zendesk is swamped and many well intentioned folks are starting to get angry.
I don’t think I’m seeing any NEW or not previously identified bug reports since launch.
In my opinion they are starting to lose a lot of the good will they built by bringing the game / SIM back. And some of the eye candy good will too.

2000 a day? well, that will make the job of those 3 students from india safe for a looong time …
