Cannot find Translate Cockpit View Up and Down

I was away for some months and now it seems that my bindings for camera translation up and down in the cockpit do not work anymore.

I had this bound to Page-Up and Page-Down keys. Now I cannot even find those entries in the settings for the keyboard.

Left and right still works.

What has changed?

I have mine bound to Increase or Decrease Cockpit View Height for moving the view straight up and down. Hope that works for you, cheers
