Cannot Run Msfs2020 after download from Xbox store?

Just had mandatory update 8.
Went to store and sent to Xbox store for full reinstall so Downloaded the 1.2g file to E drive Xbox Games every time i tried to open file Pc crashes Checked updates and graphics drivers all other Sims games open ok so flummoxed? :thinking:

So tried to do the download Pc crashes to blue screen with KERNEL_HEAP_CORRUPTION

It seems you have a PC error.
This is not MSFS related.

Here are some steps to take if you haven’t already seen them.

  1. Check Event Viewer.
  2. Update, Roll Back, or Reinstall the Graphics Card Driver.
  3. Run Driver Verifier Manager.
  4. Check for Incompatible Software.
  5. Check RAM.
  6. Run SFC or DISM.
  7. Check Slots of the Graphics Card and the Memory.
  8. Perform System Restore.

Ive used these commands from you-tube suggestion and these have allowed me to start a clean full install
sfc /scannow
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
