YPJT is not an international airport and is not at all comparable to your examples.
It is the primary training airport for the region, serving mostly GA traffic.
As I said, it is the only airport that makes sense to start your career at in this area.
You could probably have looked it up and found this, instead of leaving a snarky ignorant comment on a topic you clearly have no idea about.
