You’re overspeeding the aircraft - I don’t think the master will silence while this condition is active.

Right, however, it’s likely the aircraft has been updated to include this condition. I’m not an Airbus pilot so I don’t know if you can really silence the master while overspeeding or not so it could be a bug. If you think it shouldn’t be this way, you can report this on the FBW discord. 
You can silence the overspeed alarm by… slowing down…
If you have done this for month, I’m sure it wasn’t with the A32NX, cause you simply can’t (without the alarm sounding). You overstress the airplane. That’s what alarms are for.
On the Center Pedestal below the Ecams there are 4 white switches and in front of them where all the buttons reside to check Electrical systems hydraulics etc ) just press the CLR button and the alarm will be silenced.
