So today the 9th of December should have a weekly bug release and a bug solving update coming up but without any major update. But, today when I go on to flightsim, I can go in normally and setup routs at world map page, but When I loaded, When it reached about [/////////////////////////////// ]
Loaded about 3/5
then it stopped working (No third party no crashing to desktop) It just Don’t move, Does any body have the same issue with me please leave a comment down below
If you wanna contact me Discord : sibow0001#6830 Instagram : Saiban66661
And also this types of issue occured in one Friday November, When crashing to desktop without error mssate while loading Xbox login detail.
It seems you’re not the only one.
For the past week I’ve been having the same issue as well.
I’ve tried everything, all 3rd parties removed, vpn on/off, antivirus off, reinstalled the game, still nothing.
Sometimes it doesn’t even let me to click on the button to begin the flight loading.
No error messages too. Just stuck there.
My last effort is in progress now as I completely formatted my drive and reinstalling windows as we speak.
Btw I’m using the steam version.
Any ideas or recommendations, pls do not hesitate to share.
It gets really annoying.
I have the same problem and just started yesterday. I load the program all ok then when I press the yellow tab FLY , the blue load line at the bottom of the screen gets three quarters across the screen then it locks up. Need to do a program reset CTL-ALT-DEL to clear the screen.
I have removed any 3rd part software.
I have set the program back to DEFAULT settings
I have reinstalled the software TWICE but still the same issue.
I have run the Windows repair script
I am not using steam.
Any thoughts/actions needed ??.
I’m experiencing the same thing on the PC version. This isn’t the first time it’s happened after an update either. So its a reoccurring issue. It gets to about the 3/4 point of loading a flight and crashes. I guess I’ll wait on an update again.
I think this will be solved As soon as possible, because 9th of November which is yesterday was an Bug solve release and SDK update, so this might be the reason caused this. You can try out Sim update 7 Beta. (public version)
Already reinstalled it 3 times, with or without any 3rd party add ons, etc, performed reset to everything, still the same.
Sometimes the flight loader begins then reaches to around 70% and stuck forever, other times it won’t even let me click on the “fly now” button.
My last effort, which is in progress now is full disk format and windows reinstall along with MSFS reinstall and try it again.
I will not download any SDK updates or anything purchased from marketplace.
All graphic card & windows drivers have been properly updated and crosschecked.
Any more ideas guys?
Thanks in advance
Hello bro, I know this has a very annoying thing to everyone, it is nothing with third party content, and no need to reinstall the game, every week there will be SDK auto update and bug solving release, so this is not your problem, this kind of thing happened before, you can try out public beta version
I have it working. This is what I did:
Find the FlightSimulator.exe in the folder location.
Right click on it click Properties.
On the Compatibility tab, I checked the Disable fullscreen optimizations.
Then I clicked Change high DPI Settings. There I checked Override high DPI scaling behavior. The option should be “Application”. Click ok and Apply.
I then also turned off the Xbox Game Bar, Captures, and Game Mode. You can search for those each in the Windows Settings.
I’m not sure which of those fixed the issue but it is working now for me and not freezing.
Ok so mine is just up and running.
I completely formatted my HD , reinstalled windows and FS and nothing else, no antivirus, no apps, just pc drivers and MSFS.
It is running smoothly. That was weird, so I will try install one by one everything back and see where and if it will stuck again. Just a small experiment I figured
I spoke to soon. My solution did not fix the problem. It is freezing again this morning on the loading screen at the same point. I’ll wait for the update now.
