Brief description of the issue:
Trying to tune MPBO tower only gives you an option to select tower at another airport, MPCH

Manually tuned to 118.4
Autotuned to MPBO via nearest airport
Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Fly within range of both MPBO, and MPCH. Open the ATC menu, then press option 2 to bring up nearest airports. Now manually tune to 118.4, which is MPBO tower. You will only see a single option for MPCH tower, on 118.6. However, if you choose MPBO from the nearest airport list, you will get the correct options for MPBO. Checking both airports in LNM, and from the map screen, it shows that MPBO only has 118.4 as its tower frequency, but MPCH has both 118.4, and 118.6. This bug occurs even if you have Navigraph data installed.
You cannot tune to MPCH 118.6 manually at all, to be logged as a separate bug.
