Cannot unselect “streamed” packages in my library

So I had an idea… cancel my gamepass, delete MSFS, make sure the appdata folders were gone and create a new microsoft profile with an email address that has never seen 2020. purchase the game pass, installed MSFS2024…

THE WORLD UPDATES STILL STREAMED! Invercargill is still covered in pink buildings!

so the next solution… cancel that gamepass, purchase X-plane 12 (all my paid content from 11 came over no problem) reverse the charge for MS and finally move on

since found out that this is because once you have connected MSFS to an xbox profile on a machine, you can’t ever change it to another profile:
