When I try to update the inibuilds Tristar in the sim, the sim disables the plane and I have to re-enable, then reinstall, and then it again says update available. If I try to go through the update then this cycle repeats. Other content doesn’t seem to have this issue.

- Uninstall it (if possible) in the library
- Disable the streamed version (if possible)
- Quit the sim
- Locate it in the Official2024 folder that is one folder up from your Community folder
- Toss the L-1011 folder
- Retry the enable, download and installation process
I tried deleting the folder and now it instead says “installation failed” when I try to install.
Are you able to, at least, stream it?
EDIT:
Ensure the L-1011 is not your currently active aircraft when on the World Map.
Here you can see I have the 185 selected:
I’m fully able to download, install it, uninstall it, download it again and install it again without failing.
You might wish to try deleting both of these folders. One in Official2024 (it may say temp in its name. I’ve included a screenshot for each of the different names) and StreamedPackages:
Official2024\OneStore
OR
StreamedPackages
Unselecting the tristar at the main menu made the installation work. Thanks for your help!
