The Xvdd SCSI Miniport is for the MS Store/XBOX App and is required for all operations on that platform. Once someone told me it was working fine for them I had to go find the problem on my end. After taking ownership of the folder and still not being able to access it I remembered I had mine disabled to debug something else. Soon as I enabled it again the folder came to life because it was attached to that storage driver. The STEAM version does not work the same way and installs like a traditional install or app and does not have this dependency.
I was just trying to access the .exe properties to disable Windows 10 Fullscreen Optimization for other debug purposes. In my configuration the app runs better without Windows having control of Full Screen. I get less stuttering and was also trying to debug a hardware mouse cursor issue on this update.
