Resolved by enabling the Xvdd SCSI Miniport driver required for MS Store/XBOX operation. Whole dang folder is mounted… Thx again for helping me debug peoples! In theory without that storage driver running you won’t be able to access anything from the MS Store even with ownership of the folder because it’s mounted to that storage driver. I was debugging something else and had it disabled.
For those wondering the Xvdd SCSI Miniport driver is installed with MFS Windows Store install and sits hidden in device manager. Periodically a good idea to go in there and view hidden devices and delete the unused entries it creates. Some of you might have hundreds by now hehe
