I can no longer adjust sensitivity for any of my control surfaces after this update.
Also, sometimes my the a320 will jsut like. . . veer off. The ILS does seem better now though!
I have the same problem with the controller sensitivity option.
Not hating, I love this game so far despite the issues but like. . .
how do they ■■■■ that up? lmfao

Confirm…Sensitivity option is now blank after loading the patch. Plus at least my rudder curve seems to have gone back to default.
Same for me and it also freezes when I am in the option menus now. I have to force quit and restart. My sensitivity has gone back to default and is so twitchy now.
What a horrible experience this is becoming.
I now dread updates as they tend to “fix” some things but break other crucial bits.
Now I have 6 MINUTE loads to Press Any Key… then another 1.5 min to menu
then 1.5 minute to actual flying in sim.
Then as this post mentions I am having controller mapping/sensitivity issues with the game having LOST my custom settings. From alpha to now, I have had to spend so much time remapping I’m now at the point of having any patience left for all this. I am sick of remapping all my controls over and over again… especially when the menu wrestles to allow me to make the changes having to input/delete them twice.
And now flying is all clunky because of not being able to fix the sensitivity issues and dead zones. Now my flights are all jerky as there is no smooth transition with the stick as I have to push/pull rather far before any input is registered then when it does it just jerks into it.
So right now I have to wait over 8 minutes just to get in game then wrestle with the controller to try and fly. Just in time for the weekend too. So lame. Looks like more waiting for the next “update” to come along and offer the next set of issues for us to discover and contend with.
We’re going to need more than every two week updates. Sucks.
A small fix for you might be to try the “fastlaunch” setting-
- Right-click on the game title under the Library in Steam and select Properties.
- Under the General tab click the Set launch options… button. Enter the following : ‘-FastLaunch’
(without the quotes) - Close the game’s Properties window and launch the game.
Not a cure for all your woes but it does work and may shave a minute or two off your start time.
