Can't buy company: '0/2 specializations unlocked' (while I have them)

Hey there,
I have successfully bought two companies (Flightseeing and Cargo Transport) with a Cessna172 each.

Now I want to buy the ‘VIP Charter Service’, but it won’t let me ('0/2 Specialization unlocked).

Problem is: this is not true, I HAVE the specializations I need unlocked! (see attached screenshots).
Now I’m stuck and can’t proceed.

Any ideas on how I can get unstuck?

Am I missing something?

Unlocked yes, have you completed the special golden missions for those specializations? You need to finish those missions for it to count.

What are they and how do I find them?

Got it.
There was a golden VIP Mission somewhere on a small island in the middle of the ocean.
Did it and now I could buy my new company!
