Can't buy the AN225 despite trying everything to fix the bug

So when I click on buy and download, sometimes the microsoft store window will open then close with the message saying that i have another payment pending or it just says the message without the window even appearing…

Yeah, I also get this sometimes. It has always been resolved for me by restarting the sim, if nothing else helps. On Xbox Series X.

Try disabling your antivirus when making a purchase.

You’ll probably first need to contact Zendesk so they can clear the pending, if one actually exists.

I had to do this and found my antivirus was blocking the transaction pop-up window (same as you where the windows popped up quick and disappeared) where in the past, this never happened.

It still doesn’t work lol

I’m having this problem. I was forced to pay using Pay Pal.

At least you could pay :sweat_smile: I can’t even try to pay myself

Do you know if they reset any “pending” transactions?

they told me there wasn’t any

Try signing out of your account then reboot PC. Once back up sign back in.

Also be sure Windows is up to date fully.

If that does not work run the following…

For those having any CTD issue/s try the following…

Run the following commands in Powershell (admin rights)…

Go through each of the following steps one at a time. Copy each line, one at a time , paste it into the Dos window (crtl + V) and press return

and it will then run. Wait until each runs and finishes before you move on to the next one.

When you are completely finished, Restart your computer and then try to see in MS2020 will start and run properly

Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /checkhealth

Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /scanhealth

Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth

sfc /scannow

You can’t buy it if you run MSFS as administrator.
