Can't click anything in multi-window setup

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
I have a 3-monitor setup (1 = centre, 2 = left, 3 = right), and I cannot click on anything in the central window.

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?
No add-ons or mods.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
Every time.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Before adding render windows, interactions work normally on my central monitor.
  2. Add render windows 1 2 3. Adjust views to match respective views from monitor.
  3. Then, when in game, cannot click on anything that is in the central window, whether inside or outside the aircraft. Hovering over things with the mouse does not produce any popup or highlight. If I adjust my view and put those same objects on any of the 2 other windows, they highlight and interact normally.
