I’m using a Logitech extreme 3d, but I don’t think that matters because the throttle doesn’t work with my Xbox one controller, or my keyboard, it was fine around 2 updates ago but, now its broken and when I throttle to full my plane doesn’t move, and I don’t have the parking brake engaged, the game is completely unplayable now.
Check to see if you have something bound to reverse throttle. Had a similar thing happen and it turned out that reverse throttle was being triggered. Even if the plane doesn’t have a reverse throttle function it will cut the throttle to 0.
I figured out the bug; I had “simconnect.cfg” in my document files and that was breaking the game
