I have “show traffic nameplates” disabled in General settings. I went throught all settings several times but I can’t see any other nametag option. Yet I still see other player’s names for miles and miles. How do I disable those pultiplayer nametags??? I want to see the planes, but not the distracting black banners that ruin the immersion.
does it work in non vr, as it does here.?
At the top of that settings page, where you disabled “show traffic nameplates”, do you have the option to switch between the PC and VR settings page?
If memory serves me correctly, you need to go to the VR page to turn off nameplates for VR. There are two independent settings for the 2D and VR versions.

Ah, that may be what I was missing! I will check. There are 2 graphic settings pages PC and VR, but maybe I missed that in General settings…
I didn’t check. I only fly in VR
