Hi all,
Tried to take my first flight on the default C172 (FS2024) and the second I turn it on it auto disconnect in approximately 2 seconds right after. I use keyboard and Mouse for now.
Any ideas ?

really hard to tell what that could be.
Just checked the C172 G1000 any for me the autopilot works fine.
Sounds like it might be a key binding issue.
First I would check all ingame key bindings (for mouse, for keyboard) by searching “autopilot”.
I use “Autopilot on” and “Autopilot off” bindings to engange/disengage. In my case it’s a rocker switch. But maybe try to put each on a separate keybord button.
And the autopilot will disengage when the pilot overrides it strongly (rudder input, aileron etc.).

Is FD on? and the obvious, are all your avionics switches on? Do you have an altitude set? I am just stating the obvious. sometimes its the simplest answer.
So I relunched it again and it works like nothing happened. I’ll do a few more tests I think with a keyboard and mouse I’m into something :
If you trim generously and compensate with elevator it wouldn’t engae the AP ! It’s actuality possible because keyboard doesn’t have a neutral elevator axis.
