Can't extend/retract flaps one notch at a time with keyboard or Honeycomb Bravo in SR22

Same issue but with n the CJ4 using a CH Eclipse yoke.

Flaps increase / decrease set on button works in the 172 G1000 but either extends fully or retracts fully on the CJ4.
