Can't get C208 moving after cold and dark start

I have followed one or two tips about opening the fuel selectors (who would’ve thought they were on the top panel when everything else engine related is on pedestal or front panel?) I have folund no manual/checklist for the C208. Do I need to start with Ctrl-E? I can’t get the Caravan rolling after starting manually, even though the propeller is turning. The engine/throttle levers are in “idle” and “min” positions . No torque at all.

And while I am at it: Does anyone know why three of five levers are missing on the throttle quadrant when using the Ctrl-5 view command? Power, propeller RPM and wing flaps levers are missing in this view while visible in turning the view from Ctrl-3, Ctrl-4 or Ctrl-6.

The three enginelevers need to be in the following positions
Right, the red one, full forward, for taxiing low idle is enough.
Middle one full forward, it controls prop rpm
Left on as required, it’s the power lever, there you can control torque.

Thanks. When referring to the “Ctrl-E” startup the blue levers (prop) is at MAX but the red (fuel conitioner) is just above the cut off line. Even if I pull the blurt (prop) lever to min I get torque and I get the aircraft moving. But that’s from Ctrl-E start up, not from black and dark.

I just shut the engine down and restarted manually with all levers on max: No torque, no movement, and even the propeller graphic show a slower movement. Or perhaps turning with no torque.
