Can't get out of free cam

Description of the issue: In freecam if I click “back to briefing” nothing happens. I can’t get out of freecam. I have to force quit and restart the sim.

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue? Yes

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? Every time on sim load, both in career mode and free flight. All modes.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Entered freecam with the botton displayed on the screen
  2. Clicked go back to briefing and nothing happened

Same problem, and I cleared the Community Folder. I am not getting the correct movements from the keyboard in order to do the walk around, which is how I ended up in Free View.

My Computer is at the low end of the spectrum, AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8 Core with 48GB of Ram.

GPU is an Nvidia GTX 980. Monitors (3) are 1080 only. Windows Version 24H2.

I am having the same issue. I’m using the “2020 Transversal” as a keyboard basis and I don’t even have the option of trying the ESC key.

Clicking “Back to Briefing” nets me nothing:

Microsoft, Asobo, I’m really trying to use your new simulator, but you keep throwing obstacles to success in my way…
