Cant hear my instructions to ATC since update

Brief description of the issue:

When selecting an instruction on the ATC menu to reply back to ATC I can not hear the instruction. In the ATC speech bubble “You” does not appear however ATC Tower shows up and replies? This has had since the latest small MSFS update.

everytime I shut down and reboot ATC is not working

PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:

i7-10700K 32GB 2070 super graphics card

Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:

FYI, this has been going on for many users for a LOT longer (a known bug), but this was supposedly fixed with the small update (still happening for me on some flights anyway). Annoying for sure.
