Can't install/Update the game on PC (installation/download bar is "looping")

Hello
I can’t update the game after last update. On Windows Store page, during the update, I see the progress bar moving full a empty in infinity.

If I try to launch the game, I see : “Please update the game” and I can’t continue.
I try to uninstall/reinstall, same issue !

I got same issue here. Empty community folder and restart. It seems it worked for me fingers X
