Hi @SammySam1212,
When doing a clean install insure Windows 10 is up to date, keep checking it until it tells you it is.
Same with the MS Store, keep checking it for updates until it says you are up to date.
Assure that all your drivers got installed after doing the clean install of Windows - check the Device Manager for any exclamation points.
Assure that the US English Language is installed for Apps & Websites - this is different than a native language for Windows.
