Can't make new Marketplace purchases

Brief description of the issue:
The “Buy” and “Buy and Download” buttons are greyed out for all items in the Marketplace. I have previously made quite a few purchases.

Log out of XBox Live and log back in.

If you are a Steam user, make sure your overlay is enabled.

Sorry, I meant to provide more details. I purchased this from Microsoft Store. I have signed out and back in again to the Store, signed out and back in again inside of MSFS, and finally I have disabled and re-enabled online services in Settings → General → Data.
