Can't Open "Pad" on 145 Hype Helicopter

Have purchased the Airbus 145 helicopter. But I cannot get the iPad to open to activate the registration number! I get the “Toggle iPad” button, but nothing happens. Suggestions welcome! Thanks

Try clicking within the hinge area of the iPad - that should open it!

I had the same problem. Received instructions from HPG to reinstall the H145. After that everything worked perfectly.
Hope it works for you too.
