I cannot use 2024, as when you select freeflight to start, all I see is an aerial map and a spinning circle in the bottom right hand corner. If I leave this half an hour, still no progress - I no longer give it more that a few minutes, as I am confident the game seriously defective and is not going to work. This happens every time without fail. I have also seen it crash to desktop whilst it was awaiting a freeflight, which was clearly not going to happen. Crashing is the exception, not the predictable behaviour.
I was unwise enough to pay £199.99 for this on the MS Store and it has failed to work on PC, XBox and streaming.
I have spoken to Microsoft support twice, who were unhelpful and I have been declined a refund because I have had too many refunds - I have NOT had any refunds. The support system is as broken as the game.
Please refund everyone and recall this product, in the hope that in some point in the distant future, it may possibly become of merchantable quality.
