I find the caravan kind of the worst plane to takeoff, land and taxi - and that was the “normal” wheels version already. Even taildraggers mostly act better.
Just tested the floats variant you mention, it’s kind of just as bad in my opinion.
Even without wind on a tarmac runway it tries to tip you over sideways, wobble into different directions etc.
The post is from December (2024) and is “bug logged”, so we can hope for an improvement between 2026 and 2027 I guess, with the current bug fixing speed on aircraft
