ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
After catering truck when you’re supposed to request IFR clearance, pressing Enter to continue does not request IFR. Doing it manually through the comm menu also does not work. If you press request IFR nothing happens, no mater how many times you click it.
Another possible scenario is you will request IFR and the ATC will reply with silence. Then they say “did you receive my last transmission?” even though they didn’t say anything. If you acknowledge the last transmission you reply with silence also and the mission cannot continue.

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
Intermittent. I reproduced it at Paris flying to Newark.

2.Start Passenger, luggage, catering truck.
3.Request IFR clearance. Be unlucky.
