Career Company Aircraft shows as to maintain with no option to maintain

Came here not to report having the same issue but to say I am not having this issue at all with my Cessna 172. Cargo company variant. Just spent a ton on landing gear, electrics, hydraulics etc and screen went green again.

But I do have to say, I just bought new landing gear only a few flights ago, like 4 I think. Pretty heavy price to pay to get new gear that often.

OOPS SPOKE TOO SOON. Going back into it and the screen is orange. Tried clicking on and paying for DELEGATED MAINTENANCE and just wasted 20K cos it didn’t fix it either.

The whole system of maintenance needs a redesign. It is unintuitive, confusing, doesn’t make sense and totally borked.

Do you have the same issue if you follow the OP’s steps to reproduce it?
• Yes.

• I purchased 2nd hand aircraft. It needed maint when purchased. Even if all items are maintained to “new” status the technician status still says “To Maintain”.

Seems like once you missed a required check-up you can never get the status to green.

  1. If you buy a new plane and only use it by crew the check up time will be stuck at a fixed time and never change until you do the first check-up. Got 14 flight hours by crew but checkup needs to be done in 21h. The correct value would be 10h for Mandatory
  2. Once you missed it you will never get out of the red, cause every following check will not update the mandatory
I got Last 4hr, and Mandatory 3h ago
After clicking the checkup I got Last 9h and Mandatory 8h ago.

But I would assume that the correct values are last 0h mandatory 24h
