Installed the update yesterday and did career all evening. No CTDs.
Level 55, 1 cargo company, 1 C172.
All licenses except ATPL Jet and Heavy jet
Edit: Never mind. Today I have the same behavior as anyone else in this topic. Clicking Career shows the hangar briefly, freezes for about 20 seconds and then CTDs
Also CTD in career mode, Cessna 172 cargo company. Bad patch.

just got ATPL, flew 2 missions. Sightseeing Firm with C172 and a few missions with it. In the Sedona region
Man, I did exactly the same thing today, I play the game to see how my company is doing and it doesn’t even load me into my career properly and crashes the game to the desktop. I reinstalled the game and nothing helps. HELP, I want to play

Same here. PC steam edition. It worked fine last night at 9:00 pm (12 hours ago) but now just crashes

Hi, for me, dev mode menu is always disappearing when I enter career mode (even before December 2nd update). So I think there is no link to be established
On pc, The update was done automatically. As soon as I get into career mode I crash to the desktop. Microsoft version. 2 compagnies and 2 172.
Same crash here. I’ve emptied community folder and still the same problem.
Not sure if this info will assist with eliminating possible causes, but I am NOT experiencing this issue. Career progress is PPL, CPL, 1 cargo company with 3 Cessna 172s. I’m on PC.
What region are you playing in?
I’m having the same Issue on PC, I “own” a copy of MSFS24. I am started 2 companies, one has a plane (light cargo) and the other doesn’t (sightseeing). I’m at level 49 EXP and I have the ATPL licence and turboprop licence. Yesterday it worked well after the update, and today it stopped working at all regardless reinstall etc. I changed absolutely nothing about my PC, no new drivers were installed or updated etc.
