ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: I have recentlt aquired the Heavy Cargo Specialization. I have met all the specialization requirements in the list, and for the plane listed for Heavy Cargo in the “Specializations” screen (although i do believe the Saab is a strange choice and requires tail wheel certification, but whatever). But searching through my missions there are no missions for Heavy Cargo. There is no initial gold colored specialization mission, no regular blue mission…nothing. Both in the “Employee” section and in “Freelance” im getting no Heavy Cargo missions.
Same for Charter missions. I have completed all requirements to fly both categories of Charter Flights, Private and VIP. I actually was doing them and own a charter company. There were always at least 20 charter missions on my mission map available to complete. As of 1/1/25 all Charter missions have disappeared.
[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
Every time. 100%. Missions are not populating even though i have met all requirements.
